Page limitations for memoranda are set forth in the Local Rules. Exceptions are rarely granted and only upon a showing of good cause.
Proposed orders must be submitted in a format compatible with WordPerfect, which is a "Save As" option in most word processing software. Proposed orders should not be submitted in .pdf format. The proposed order shall be e-mailed to utdecf_stewart@utd.uscourts.gov. If objections to the order are still unresolved, the party objecting should e-mail their objections and that party's proposed revision of the order also to utdecf_stewart@utd.uscourts.gov. All e-mails to the Court shall be copied to all counsel.
