The Local Rules Advisory Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Utah has approved amendments to the court’s local rules of practice. Public comment is now solicited for these additions and amendments to the local rules prior to their going into effect July 1, 2018. The proposed rules are available on the court’s website at www.utd.uscourts.gov.
