Pursuant to the amendments to Local Rules DUCivR 5-2 and 5-3, registered e-filers will be required to file all sealed documents in unsealed civil cases through the court’s CM/ECF electronic filing system beginning December 1, 2017. Detailed instructions for filing procedures will be available on the Electronic Case Filing Information page of the court’s website.

Non-e-filers shall continue to file sealed documents in paper with the clerk’s office. 

Sealed documents in criminal cases and sealed civil cases will continue to be filed in paper with the clerk’s office.
