Federal Court Opinions now available through GPO (General Printing Office)

GPO FDsys (Federal Digital System) at is a project between the U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) and the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts to provide free public access to opinions from selected United States appellate, district, and bankruptcy courts (now including opinions from the District of Utah). The content of this collection generally dates back to April 2004, and includes the full text of opinions and is text-searchable.

Beware of Jury Duty Scams

Citizens in the District of Utah are receiving various forms of false communication (scams) by phone or email. A recent scam involves jury forms with official-looking bar codes sent by email that ask for personal information such as social security numbers and mother's maiden name.
