Correction - Proposed Changes to DUCivR 37-1 - Public Comment

On August 24, 2021, the Advisory Committee on the Local Rules of Practice published this year’s proposed rule amendments for public comment. Proposed rule DUCivR 37-1 (Discovery Disputes), however, was inadvertently omitted from the summary table, which identified the proposed rules to be amended and briefly summarized the proposed changes to each rule. The proposed changes to DUCivR 37-1 were included in the clean and redline PDF packets, but because the rule was not listed in the summary, and out of an abundance of caution, the court is re-publishing DUCivR 37-1 for an additional public comment period. If approved, amended DUCivR 37-1 will become effective on December 1, 2021, with the rest of the previously proposed changes to the local rules.

The proposed changes are summarized and available in the PDF packets linked below:

DUCivR 37-1 Proposed  Changes – Redline
DUCivR 37-1 Proposed Changes – Clean/No Redline
