Read General Order 24-004 Before Filing Documents in Criminal Cases:

Due to the significant changes resulting from the Pilot Program, carefully review General Order 24-004, the current Presumptive Access Level List, and the Criminal Local Rules before preparing and filing documents in criminal case.

The 2024 Local Rule Amendments and the Pilot Program were effect on December 1, 2024. Ensure that all filings made after this date comply with the revised rules.
