2025 Proposed Local Rule Amendments

The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has directed the district courts to implement new procedures for the storage and management of sealed and restricted documents. Consistent with that direction, on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, the court issued General Order 25-004, removing electronic access to restricted and sealed documents. Therefore, portions of General Order 24-004, ECF Procedures Manual, and related local rules may be superseded by General Order 25-004. Please review General Order 25-004 before filing sealed and restricted documents in any cases.
