The December 1, 2024 amendments to the court's Local Rules of Practice are now effective, as outlined in General Order 24-003. Additionally, a new Pilot Program has been launched for criminal filings. The Pilot Program, described in General Order 24-004, aims to enhance electronic access to criminal case filings for relevant parties, ensuring greater transparency. Because some rules have been renumbered, eliminated, or suspended, it is crucial to review General Order 24-004, the current Presumptive Access Level List, and the Criminal Local Rules carefully before preparing or filing documents in criminal cases. To implement these changes, the Clerk’s Office has updated the website to include new information, training materials, and revised court forms.
