New Procedure for Proposed Scheduling Orders: IPT Email Address No Longer Used

As of Monday, October 1, 2018 the court will no longer use the ipt@utd.uscourts.gov email address to receive proposed Scheduling Orders. Instead, counsel should email all proposed Scheduling Orders to the assigned judge in each case. If an Order of Reference has been entered, then the proposed order should be emailed to the assigned Magistrate Judge. Refer to the court’s website for chambers email addresses

All unprocessed orders received prior to October 1st will be forwarded to the respective chambers for approval and filing.
