The Office of the Clerk of Court has reopened the application period for the position of Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Supervising Attorney and has eliminated the requirement that the applicant have at least 5 years of criminal defense experience in the United States District Court for the District of Utah.  The Office of the Clerk of Court is accepting applications for a Criminal Justice Act (CJA) Supervising Attorney. The CJA Supervising Attorney is responsible for the oversight, management, and administration of the CJA panel attorneys. This is a full-time position. Additional information can be found here.
