During the month of July and early August, the federal judiciary, including the United States District Court for the District of Utah, experienced an issue where CM/ECF Notices of Electronic Filing (NEFs) were not sent to certain user email accounts. The issue has been resolved. 

To ensure that all parties who were supposed to receive NEFs (and the “free look” at documents attached to them), beginning on August 8, 2025, the clerk’s office will regenerate all NEFs that were issued from July 1, 2025, to August 7, 2025, and returned to the to court as “undeliverable.”
