  • (PACER is available to anyone in the general public desiring to view case information online. There is a $.10 per page fee for viewed dockets, docket entries and documents. PACER provides access to case information on all non-sealed and non-restricted civil and criminal cases in the US District Court in the District of Utah since approximately 1992.)
  • You may obtain a login to PACER by registering with the PACER Service Center http://pacer.uscourts.gov.
     
• PACER Case Locator - PACER access required
  • The PACER Case Locator allows you to search for court records in all district, bankruptcy, and appellate courts. The Case Locator replaces the U.S. Party/Case Index and provides enhanced search and display capabilities.

Memorandum Decisions may be downloaded from PACER at no charge. They can be found under Reports > Written Opinions Report. There is no charge for downloading opinions from PACER.

Also, copies of opinions or other documents in a case may be obtained at the Clerk's Office and are $.50 per page and payment is requested in advance. To obtain copies, please submit a Copywork Request Form to the Clerk's office indicating the case number, case name and the court record number.
