Effective January 1, 2027, the Electronic Public Access (EPA) fee for court records accessed via PACER will increase from $0.10 to $0.12 per page. This temporary five-year increase will fund an accelerated initiative to modernize and secure the judiciary’s case management system and improve public access. To mitigate the impact on users, the quarterly waiver threshold for automatic fee exemption is also being raised from $30 to $40.
